Who we are

NimblePanda Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17122751, registered office Grange Road, Barnton, CW8 4PE), trading as Compare Gambling Offers (comparegamblingoffers.com), is the data controller for the personal data described below. We are an affiliate publisher: we compare gambling offers, we do not accept bets and we hold no gambling licence. Contact us at hello@comparegamblingoffers.com for anything in this policy, including exercising your rights.

This site is for adults only

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. The site is clearly labelled 18+ throughout, and we do not target marketing at anyone under 25. If we become aware we've collected data from someone under 18, we delete it.

What we collect

Browsing this site requires no account. We collect:

• Launch-list email addresses, if you choose to sign up: your email and the time you signed up, stored in a Cloudflare KV database. Used only to send you a small number of emails about this site (for example, a launch notice). We do not sell, rent or share this list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, you can remove yourself any time at comparegamblingoffers.com/unsubscribe, or email us and we'll do it for you.
• Offer-link click logs once the site is fully live: timestamp, which offer was clicked, a truncated IP address, browser type and referring page. Used to measure which offers people use and to detect broken or changed offers. Not sold or shared, and not detailed enough to identify you personally.
• Local device storage: your display theme (light or dark) and your cookie choice, kept in your browser's localStorage. Neither identifies you personally and both can be cleared from your browser at any time.

Cookies and embedded content

We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own, and our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. The only things we store on your device are the two functional items above (theme and cookie choice), which are strictly necessary to remember your preferences and need no consent.

Some pages embed promotional banners served directly by the bookmakers we compare. These are third-party embeds that can set their own cookies, so we do not load them until you choose Accept all on the cookie banner. Choose Only necessary and the banners stay hidden and set nothing. You can change your mind any time using cookie preferences (also linked in the footer).

Our footer carries the GPWA certification seal, which is loaded from certify.gpwa.org on every page. It confirms this site's membership of the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association and lets you verify that membership independently, so it loads for everyone rather than sitting behind the cookie banner. It sets no cookies on our behalf and we receive no visitor data from it.

Data retention

Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the launch announcement has been sent and a reasonable follow-up period has passed. Click logs, once collected, are kept for up to 12 months for fraud detection and offer-quality purposes, then deleted or fully anonymised.

Self-exclusion

If you have self-excluded from gambling (for example through GAMSTOP), please do not sign up to our launch list or otherwise ask to receive marketing from this site, and let us know at the email above if you'd like any data we hold on you removed. We will action self-exclusion or removal requests without delay.

What happens when you click an offer

Offer links leave this site and take you to the operator via an affiliate tracking link, which tells the operator we referred you. From that point the operator's own privacy policy applies; we don't see what you do on their site beyond aggregate commission reporting.

Legal basis

We process launch-list emails on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing) and click logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reliable, accurate comparison service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing any personal data we hold about you, and you can ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@comparegamblingoffers.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
