Attached Virgin Bet's 728x90 creative to the sports offer. Worth saying plainly what it is: the artwork reads "bet £10, get £20 in free bets", and the offer it links to is £30. Virgin Bet has not redrawn its banner gallery since May 2021, and this is the only creative in the account at a size we use that renders at all: the seven it lists at 300x250 are ad-server tags cut for other websites and load blank. We have asked for current artwork. Until it arrives, the terms on this page, not the ones printed on the banner, are the ones we hold and the ones the operator will honour.

Corrected the wagering multiplier on the Eye of Horus free spins offer from 1x to 0x. The offer has never had a playthrough requirement: Virgin Bet's own rules pay the free spin winnings out as cash, which is what our own terms summary already said. The 1x we held contradicted that, and made the page answer "what are the wagering requirements" with "1x, so £10 of play before you can withdraw", which was wrong. The value score moves from 7.6 to 7.7 as a result.

Re-checked both existing Virgin Bet offers against the operator's live welcome offer rules. No change to either: sports is still bet £10 get £30, paid as 2 x £10 for the sportsbook and 2 x £5 for Bet Builder, and the casino offer still runs on Eye of Horus. We also went through the whole affiliate account: Virgin Bet has no other brand and no market outside the UK, runs sportsbook and casino only, and every banner creative it publishes still advertises a bet £10 get £20 offer it retired, or a race meeting from 2020. We have asked for current artwork; until it arrives these offers carry no banner and stay out of the rotating ad slots.
