27 September 2026 – 1 October 2026 · King's Resort, Rozvadov, Czech Republic · UK time
King’s Resort in Rozvadov is three weeks into its biggest festival of the year, and Sunday 27 September is where it steps up a gear. The €600 Monsterstack opens that day, guaranteeing €1 million and running through to 1 October, the first of the King’s Million EPC’s headline-guarantee events on the run into its marquee attraction: a €5 million guaranteed Super Main Event that starts 30 September.
The whole series, running 16 September to 6 October, was built to fill a real gap. WSOP Europe left Rozvadov for Prague in 2026 after years at King’s, switching to spring dates for the first time in over a decade. King’s Resort’s answer was the King’s Million EPC: more than €10 million guaranteed across three weeks, designed to keep the autumn festival slot Rozvadov had owned on the European poker calendar for years.
What’s already run, and what’s still to come
The festival opened with the €250 EPC Mini Main Event (16-21 September, €1 million guaranteed), won by Viorel Gavrila, and has been running the €1,000 Mystery Bounty since 23 September, guaranteeing €1.5 million and playing out this week. The Monsterstack on 27 September is the next major guarantee to open: six standard starting flights plus a Flip and Go Pineapple flight, 100,000-chip starting stacks, 30-minute levels, unlimited re-entry for the first 10 levels, and the top 15% of each flight paid a minimum of €700, with Day 2 on 30 September and the finish on 1 October. The buy-in is low enough to pull a big recreational field while still guaranteeing a seven-figure prize pool. From there the festival accelerates fast: the €3,000 EPC High Roller runs 30 September to 1 October, guaranteeing €500,000, directly alongside the start of the Super Main Event itself, a €1,150 buy-in with seven starting flights running to 4 October, a Day 2 on the same date and a final table on 6 October.
Why a €600 buy-in matters
A €1 million guarantee on a €600 buy-in is the kind of overlay-friendly number that pulls a wide, mixed field: grinders building a bankroll toward the Main Event, recreational players in for the King’s Resort experience, and satellite winners who have turned a small stake into a Monsterstack seat. King’s Resort’s re-entry structure gives players multiple chances across the week-long Monsterstack window to bag a stack, which tends to keep the field growing and the early levels softer than the buy-in alone would suggest.
What looks the smart angle
There is no outright market to price on a multi-flight festival stage like this one, and we are not going to invent one. What is worth saying: a big-field, low-relative-buy-in event like the Monsterstack usually plays significantly softer in its opening flights than the High Roller or Main Event that follow it, simply because of who shows up for each. Anyone deciding which stage of this festival to target should weigh that against the fact that the softest fields also mean the most volume to get through before the money. This is analysis, not a recommendation to enter any specific event.
Elsewhere this week
English football’s Nations League programme runs the same week: England host World and European champions Spain at a sold-out Wembley on 26 September, then travel to face Czech Republic in Prague on 29 September, a fixture played a short drive from Rozvadov itself.
